Coolerado: Denver manufacturer bought by Aussie company with big expansion plans

Denver's Coolerado Corp., the manufacturer of a highly energy efficient, indirect air conditioning unit that's won several awards for its technology, has been sold to Australian company Seeley International. And the sale means at least $1 million in new investment into Coolerado - and potentially more than that, said Tom Teynor, Coolerado's CEO.
