Cooltra: Felyx merges with Cooltra amidst financial woes

As part of its international expansion strategy, the group has closed a deal with the pioneering moped sharing operator in the Netherlands, the second largest European market with 7.3 million rentals in 2023. Both companies will continue to offer their service in the same cities where they are operating under their respective brands. The new mobility group will be present in more than 30 cities in nine European countries with a fleet of 28,000 vehicles.
