Plant-based ingredients specialist Cosucra raises €45 million ($49 million) from Sofiprotéol, Wallonie Entreprendre and the Société Fédérale de Participations et d’Investissement. The capital will be used to increase the production of chicory root fibers and fund renewable energy initiatives.
