The Cottage Cove apartments in northeast Miami-Dade County were sold for $50 million. ANF Miami Gardens LLC, an affiliate of TM Real Estate Group, sold the 468 units in 100 cottage-style buildings at 10 N.E. 188th Street to Marlin Spring Realty.
