Covenant Retirement Communities: Jim Tarantino completes sale of senior living communities for upwards of $144 million

Companies held by Jim Tarantino of Waukesha-based Capri Communities sold nine southeast Wisconsin senior living communities for $96.2 million to a new private nonprofit corporation in a series of transactions that ultimately will reach a total of a projected $144 million.
