Craftsman Capital Partners: Boxx Technologies bought by Dallas firm

Boxx Technologies Inc., a computing systems designer, has been sold by one Dallas private equity firm to another. The Austin company that was previously owned by Capital Southwest Corp. (Nasdaq: CSWC) has been bought by Craftsman Capital Partners, according to a Tuesday announcement. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
