For more than 25 years, The Crescent in Uptown Dallas has been making history. And that history is about to become even more complex seeing as Crescent Property Services LLC recently announced a $30 million renovation for the complex, with the goal to transform the iconic complex into a gathering space for the upscale neighborhood.
