Crispin Porter & Bogusky: Houston's MMI advertising agency, other Stagwell firms merge under Crispin Porter + Bogusky

Houston-based advertising agency MMI Agency has merged for the second time in less than two years. MMI, San Diego-based Vitro Agency and Los Angeles-based Observatory Agency all combined under New York-based Crispin Porter + Bogusky, the firms announced this week.
