We just completed our latest installation of a triple stack of XLT pizza ovens in Green Mill's mobile pizza trailer. The installation consisted of removal of some older models and fabrication of a new stand and rework of the LP gas and electrical circuits. Mike, the trailer manager, just stopped in with some ingredients and we cooked two pizzas. They came out perfect the first run through and were the best pizza I have had! These new XLT ovens will cook a pizza in 6 minutes! Unbelievable!
