I am sure that everyone reading this blog had a wonderful time at Canadian Western Agribition this year. A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of displaying some of our Picnic tables and Benches at the show. We had lots of interest from the patrons.The most frequently asked questions were:1. They are made of household plastic collected through our curbside recycling program in Regina and Moose Jaw as well as the surrounding areas.2. The boards are solid and weigh about 3.25 pounds per foot.3. Our experience has shown us that there is no effect on the boards because of summer heat.4. The boards get warm but not hot to sit on.5. With weight of the boards at 3.25 pounds per foot they are certainly very stable.6. The boards are definitely paintable. We recommend a marine paint for durability.This furniture is made from household plastic with a metal framework.
