CS Arch: Randolph Collins retiring as president of CSArch in Albany

Randolph J. Collins is retiring from CSArch, the architecture and engineering firm he co-founded in 1991 in Albany, New York. Collins, who serves as president, will retire April 1, the firm announced today.
