CSZ: Cincinnati Sub-Zero buyer reveals purchase price

Gentherm Inc., a Michigan-based public company that develops thermal management technology, acquired Cincinnati Sub-Zero for $65 million, according to recent public filings. On April 1, Gentherm (Nasdaq-GS: THRM) announced it acquired Sharonville-based Cincinnati Sub-Zero, but terms of the deal were not initially disclosed.
