Cuming Microwave: PPG adds to specialty coatings portfolio with Cuming Microwave acquisition

PPG Industries Inc. announced Wednesday it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Avon, Mass.-based Cuming Microwave Corp. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
