A subsidiary of Intuit Inc. says it has an agreement to buy Roseville-based CustomerLink Systems, which provides marketing automation to a variety of industries. The agreement is mentioned on the DemandForce blog by Annie Tsai, chief marketing officer of the San Francisco-based company that is owned by Intuit.
