Cypress Security: Allied Universal Acquires Cypress Private Security

Allied Universal, a security and facility services company ranked no. 56 on the SDM 100, announced the acquisition of Cypress Private Security LP, a San Francisco-based company offering comprehensive security services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
