Dallas Airmotive: Dallas Airmotive to pay $14M penalty for bribing foreign officials

Grapevine-based Dallas Airmotive Inc. has agreed to pay a $14 million criminal penalty to resolve charges that it bribed government officials in Latin America to secure lucrative contracts, the U.S. Department of Justice announced. Dallas Airmotive was charged with one count of conspiring to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, the DOJ said.
