For the second time in its history, Darien Lake Theme Park will be owned by Six Flags Entertainment Corp. The Kansas City-based Six Flags will acquire Darien Lake along with theme parks in Phoenix, Houston and Oklahoma City. All are owned by EPR Properties. Terms were not disclosed.
