Clean Earth, Inc. a national specialty waste disposal and recycling company announced today the acquisition of�privately owned Disposal and Recycling Technologies, Inc.(DART). DART has a RCRA Part B Hazardous Waste TSDF strategically located in Charlotte, North Carolina and a Waste Water Treatment facility in Detroit, Michigan. This new acquisition expands Clean Earth's geographical reach in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic hazardous and non-hazardous waste market and marks Clean Earth's first Waste Water Treatment facility.
