Dassault Systemes: Dassault Systmes: Q1 EPS up 6%

Dassault Systèmes has reported non-IFRS EPS growth of 6% (+5% at constant exchange rates) to €0.32 for Q1 2025, reaching the top end of its target range, despite a 0.2-point decline in its non-IFRS operating margin to 30.9%. At €1.57bn, the enterprise software publisher's revenue increased by 5% in total and 4% at constant exchange rates, driven by strong 14% subscription growth, CFO Rouven Bergmann said. While the announcement of new tariffs has created a volatile market environment, the company says it has a solid order book and current visibility in line with the mid-range of its full-year guidance. As a result, Dassault Systèmes is maintaining its annual targets of 6%-8% growth in total revenue and 7%-10% growth in EPS, but is slightly lowering its operating margin target to an increase of 50-70 basis points.
