Day Automotive: Lithia buys Pittsburgh's third-largest auto dealership

Lithia Motors Inc., of Medford, Ore., on Tuesday said it has acquired Monroeville-based Day Automotive Group. Financials were not disclosed. Lithia (NYSE:LAD) purchased seven dealerships, including the real estate, from Day, said Shawn Kukic, group vice president for the Pittsburgh-area Lithia stores.
