DayAxe: HotelsByDay acquires hotel-amenity startup Dayaxe

HotelsByDay, the North-American provider of flexible daytime hotel rooms has announced the acquisition of Dayaxe, a startup that sells access to hotel amenities such as pool passes, cabanas, spas and fitness rooms.
