Daylight Solutions: Leonardo DRS completes deal for Daylight Solutions

Italian firm Leonardo's US subsidiary, Leonardo DRS, has completed a deal to acquire Daylight Solutions, the company announced on 26 June. A previous announcement by the companies listed the acquisition as costing USD150 million. Daylight Solutions will become one of eight operating divisions
