Teen clothing retailer Deb Shops will be going out of business this year, a liquidation company said Friday. There are a number of Deb Shops in the Pittsburgh region, including Robinson Town Centre, Century III Mall and the Monroeville Mall. All 287 of the Philadelphia-based retailers stores will close following the retailer's Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection filed in December 2014.
