Delinea has partnered with Microsoft to help customers with the transition away from Microsoft Entra Permissions Management ahead of its retirement on 1 October.The partnership comes as a mean to give customers continued access to advanced cloud infrastructure entitlement management (CIEM) capabilities with before the scheduled retirement.Delinea said its Privilege Control for Cloud Entitlements (PCCE) product is a "strong alternative", with the privileged access management (PAM) vendor working with Microsoft to have dedicated teams to guide businesses through the transition."As Microsoft's partner for cloud entitlement security, together we are ensuring a seamless transition and continued access to cutting-edge identity security, reinforcing the trust Microsoft has placed in Delinea to support its customers," Delinea CEO Art Gilliland said.Microsoft vice president of product management Joseph Dadzie added that the tech giant is committed to "supporting every customer with a seamless transition that minimises disruption"."Delinea's PCCE solution offers a scalable, innovative approach to identity security for public, multi-cloud environments and represents an effective successor for customers of Microsoft Entra Permissions Management," he said.
