DeSimone: DeSimone to open Open Bottle Bistro on Ellsworth Avenue

Dave DeSimone has nailed down a name for the new restaurant he’s opening on Ellsworth Avenue in Shadyside. After  closing Bridge Ten Brasserie on the South Side in February, he’s now working to debut Open Bottle Bistro within the week. In an email announcing the specifics of his new restaurant, DeSimone said Open Bottle Bistro will open for lunch and dinner on April 8.
