Digitel: Atlanta's Digitel Corp. Acquired by Alabama Cybersecurity Firm

Digitel Corp., a cloud computing and business phone solutions tech company based in Atlanta, has been acquired by NXTsoft, a Birmingham-based cybersecurity and data company.
