Sold! Jacques Klempf's $165,000 bid at auction Monday was enough to make him the new owner of Downtown's iconic Bostwick Building. The Dixie Egg Co. owner and his attorney did not immediately respond to Monday afternoon calls regarding his plans, but Klempf had previously said he wanted to buy the historic building at the corner of Bay and Ocean streets and turn it into a restaurant with a roof-top bar.
