Article Title: Killer Software That Finally Stabilizes Shaky GoPro VideosAuthor: Kyle VanhamertDate: 08.14.14 The Author in this article talks about how as photographers and videographers, we almost have a visual need to see video stabilized regardless of the environment. I would have to agree with this perception. Whether we as a people are creating video memories from a tough mudder event or a band practice, we like to see video with smooth transitions. The realistic issue of this perception involves the question of, "Do we prefer to see our life events as an altered reality or as real-time sequences that way be unpleasant to take in?" I believe that more and more software like this will be developed. The demand of perceptual video sequences is highly sought after and if you can achieve this editing skill, your business will sky rocket. With technology, society has a habit of feeling that if it is easy to do ie: use AUTO Mode on a DLSR, you can be "professional". With video as one of the more difficult mediums to edit, this skill will at least for now separate the boys (girls) from the men (women). I have always strived to capture life and moments through my lens with the purest forms of recreation. I foresee my company striving to build more stable platforms to capture video rather then relying on software to do the work for me.ReferenceVanhemert, K. (2014, 08 14). Design.
