Drew Foam: Wynnchurch Capital continues buying spree by acquiring Drew Foam Companies

Private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital said it's purchased Drew Foam Companies of Monticello, Arkansas, for an undisclosed price. It's the fourth purchase of the year for Wynnchurch, which said Drew makes custom fabricated and molded expanded polystyrene products for the packaging, building products and original equipment manufacturer/consumer end markets.
