Duro Bag: One of Greater Cincinnati's largest private companies sold

Duro Bag Manufacturing Co., one of the largest manufacturing companies based in Greater Cincinnati, is being acquired by a South Carolina plastic bag manufacturer and recycler. Hilex Poly Co. LLC, a sustainable packaging company based in Hartsville, S.C., announced on June 17 it has entered an agreement to buy Duro Bag. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
