Dynamis Software Corp., a West Allis tech company that makes software for employee benefits agents in the U.S., has been acquired by Applied Systems Inc., a global company based in Illinois that provides automated and cloud-based insurance software. Milwaukee tech entrepreneur Andy Nunemaker launched Dynamis in 2012 and is the current CEO. The company employs 21 people.
