e+CancerCare: Kohlberg to sell e+CancerCare to Alliance HealthCare Services

Alliance HealthCare Services, which is owned by Tahoe Investment Group, has agreed to acquire Nashville-based e+CancerCare, a provider of cancer care services. The seller was Kohlberg & Company L.L.C. No financial terms were disclosed. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is providing financial advice to Alliance HealthCare Services on the transaction.
