CTMI bought Atlanta-based Easley, McCaleb & Associates for an undisclosed sum. Dallas-based CTMI reported it will operate as CTMI LLC after the acquisition and leadership will remain in place with Mark Boozer leading CTMI as managing partner in Dallas and former EMA owner Blain McCaleb as managing director in Atlanta.
