EBG: Ticket OS Acquired By Entertainment Benefits Group

Los Angeles-based TicketOS, a developer of a software platform that helps organizations automate the management of such entertainment assets as corporate entertainment suite inventory, entertainment and sports tickets, corporate hospitality, and other assets, has been acquired by Miami-based Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG). EBG is a provider of technology to power B2B and B2C. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. TicketOS was originally developed by LA's RazorGator.
