Ecocion: Canadian tech firm buys Arapahoe County company

A big Canadian technology company is buying an Arapahoe County tech firm. Software company Intelex Technologies of Toronto said it's buying Arapahoe County-based Ecocion, which makes environmental management software. The purchase price wasn't disclosed but Intelex said the deal was made possible by a $123 million investment it received last year. Ecocion, based at 33 Inverness Dr. East, has 60 employees.
