Palumbo's move to Nobu Hotel Eden Roc follows more than 20 years in the luxury hospitality sector. She joins the team after eight years at the One&Only Ocean Club in Nassau, Bahamas where she oversaw the hotel's sales, public relations, social media strategy, marketing partnerships and guest relations. Prior to that, Palumbo also spent seven years as director of sales and marketing at several Starwood Hotels and Resorts' properties, including Westin Le Paradis Beach & Golf Resort; St. Lucia and Martineau Bay Resort & Spa/W Retreat & Spa; and Vieques Island. Palumbo will oversee all marketing and sales activity for Nobu Hospitality's newest outpost, which will open this fall in the landmark Morris Lapidus-designed Eden Roc Miami Beach. Gerson will play an integral role in Nobu Hotel Eden Roc's MICE strategy across national and international accounts, where she will be responsible for the property's meeting and event spaces and catering offerings from Nobu.
