Edsal: Former P&G executive hired as CEO of manufacturing firm

Former Procter & Gamble Co. marketing director Scott White has been hired as chief executive officer of Edsal Manufacturing, which makes, sources and distributes branded and private label storage products for garages, tool sheds and basements. White rose to be global marketing director of the Herbal Essences shampoo brand during 15 years with the Cincinnati-based maker of consumer goods (NYSE: PG).
