Edw. C. Levy: John Yzenas receives ASTM's 2018 Prevost Hubbard Award

John Yzenas, Edward C. Levy Co. technical services director, received the 2018 Prevost Hubbard Award from ASTM International during its conference on Dec. 6, 2018. The award honors a member or former member of Committee D04 on Road and Paving Materials who has performed outstanding work in the committee and in the field of bituminous road and paving materials.
