Edy's: Nestlé to sell Häagen-Dazs ice cream business for $4bn

Nestlé is to sell its US ice cream business that includes Häagen-Dazs for $4bn in cash into a private equity-backed vehicle, creating a stronger challenger to Unilever in the frozen dessert category.
