EEA Consulting Engineers: Albuquerque engineering firm acquired

Vertterre Corp., an Albuquerque engineering firm, has been acquired by an Austin, Texas, company. EEA Consulting Engineers announced Wednesday it was acquiring the seven-person team. Terms of the deal were not immediately released.
