Eilan: Florida company enters Texas with $34M San Antonio hotel acquisition

The Éilan Hotel and Spa has a new owner. Boca Raton, Florida-based Bluegreen Vacations Corp. bought the Northwest San Antonio property, the company's first in Texas, in a deal valued at about $34.3 million.
