El Monte Sagrado Living Resort & Spa: What this New Mexican chef has cookin' at Taos resort

El Monte Sagrado Resort & Spa in Taos is getting a new executive chef. Cristina Martinez is from New Mexico and came back from Le Cordon Bleu in California, where she graduated, to bring her love of cooking to her home state. She opened her own catering business when she was 18 and has worked at Hotel Albuquerque, The Lodge Pueblo Harvest Cafe and Artichoke Cafe. Martinez is introducing a new menu to its restaurant, De la Tierra, next month. Martinez worked with Chef Mark Miller to create the menu....
