Elderwood: Elderwood adding two Williamsville senior homes in six-site acquisition

Elderwood will operate two more sites in Western New York as part of a six-site acquisition across Upstate New York. The deal with Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) adds two adult homes Williamsville, plus four sites in Rochester, Binghamton and Albany. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
