Elderwood: Elderwood plans $9.5M upgrade, expansion in Hamburg

Elderwood is planning a $9.5 million investment at its Hamburg skilled nursing facility, aimed at increasing the number of private rooms. The expansion project at the 166-bed facility on Maelou Drive includes adding a 7,821-square-foot extension and renovating a first floor wing to create 20 private rooms.
