Elderwood: New York state approves Elderwood buy at Weinberg

Elderwood's acquisition of Weinberg Campus received approvals Thursday morning by a New York state body, pushing the process toward completion. The Public Health and Health Planning Council voted to allow the sale of the nursing home, certified home health agency and licensed home care service agency at the campus by Post Acute Partners, the corporation that owns Elderwood.
