Elephant Bar: Elephant Bar restaurants continued to process credit cards for weeks after becoming aware of breach

The owner of the Elephant Bar restaurant chain admitted this week that it suffered a "security incident" that may have compromised credit and debit card numbers at 30 locations in seven U.S. states. For some reason, the chain continued to process cards for weeks after the card processor notified it of the problem.
