Wow, what a whirlwind the last few months have been. We have been working hard establishing new vendors and new products to provide you with the absolute best available. We are in full swing with travel and high school baseball, and beginning to work with our rec baseball,softball and soccer customers. January is a slow month for most in the industry, usually the worst for sales, and yet we managed to increase sales by 2.5 times over last year! It just goes to show that with great people, and better yet great customers, amazing things can be achieved!Now, on to the most exciting news in our short history. We are in the process of moving into our new location, and hope to be moved all in by the third week of February. Our new location will be located at 7155 Lucas St, Curtice, OH. As of now our plans are to phase out the downtown Genoa location, but there are a few things being discussed that could keep that location open as well. Regardless of what happens, we want to thank our customers and other downtown businesses for all their support over the last 2.5 years. It is only with you, that making the next jump has been possible. The nice thing about our move is that will still be in the Genoa School District, and still very much a part of the community. One thought is to put into action a plan we had when we first opened, and that was to run a 2nd hand sporting goods store out of the Genoa location. We would love to hear your feedback on that, so please let us know what you think! It has been an extremely tough decision to move, but one that was not thoughtfully planned, but absolutely necessary.One of the reasons it was necessary to move was space, specifically space for our new equipment! We are adding a top of line automatic screen printing press, a massive new dryer, and soon to come embroidery equipment. Our new auto and dryer will give us the capabilities of doing up to 1000 pieces an hour! To put that into perspective, we can do about 125 pieces an hour currently. This means better efficiency, which in turn leads to better pricing and turnaround. We recently attended the ISS Show in Long Beach, CA to do a little training on our new equipment and see it in action. Let me tell you, I haven't been this excited since the day we opened!In the next month or so, we will be holding an open house to show off our new location and new equipment, and you are all invited.
