The most powerful Audi production model ever is almost here. Sharing 50 percent of the same parts of its LMS racecar sibling, the all-new 2017 Audi R8 offers breathtaking high-revving performance, precise handling, and all-around driver-focused experience.The racing-inspired, high-performance chassis features double-wishbone front and rear suspension systems. Dynamic rigidity is enhance by connecting the control arms directly to the chassis. The R8 features a variety of premium features and amenities, including an Audi Virtual cockpit, and Audi Connect which features 4G LTE connectivity and a Wi-Fi hotspot.The whole package is set in motion by a V10 engine that produces 540 horsepower, and 398 pound-feet of torque. It has a top speed of 199 mph, and acceleration from zero to 60 mph takes just 3.5 seconds.
