Elmcroft: Elmcroft loses most of its senior-facility management portfolio

Louisville-based Elmcroft Senior Living, one of the area's largest privately held companies, has lost management of most of the facilities in its portfolio. Chicago-based real estate investment trust Ventas Inc.
