Emulate3D: Rockwell acquires British engineering software developer

Rockwell Automation Inc. has acquired a British software company to improve its offerings to its customers. Rockwell (NYSE: ROK) announced the acquisition of Reading, England-based Emulate3D Monday, but did not disclose financial details.
